The Monetary System of the Future?

A friend sends me this photo from around of the recent protests.

The sign says, "1. End Debt-based Fiat currencies. 2. End Fractional Reserve as well as Compound Interest Banking. 3. End the Fed."

Question for shape discussion: What variety of monetary arrangement would satisfy these demands?  What are the pros as well as cons of this choice system?
